Welcome to The Healing Circle Membership (“we,” “our,” or “us”), offered by Sarah Joseph Certified Coaching. By purchasing or participating in The Healing Circle Membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership Inclusions
The Healing Circle Membership provides members with the following benefits:
  • Biweekly group coaching calls focused on nervous system healing, emotional regulation, and overcoming survival mode.
  • Access to the Healers Club online community for support and connection.
  • The "How to Heal" blueprint and other exclusive course materials.
  • Members-only discounts on additional services, workshops, and resources.
2. Membership Access
2.1 Account Setup: After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to log in to your membership portal. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for this email.
2.2 Access Duration: Membership access is valid for the duration of your subscription. Failure to renew your membership will result in loss of access to all membership benefits and materials.

3. Coaching Calls and Recordings
3.1 Call Recordings: All group coaching calls are recorded for the benefit of members. By participating in these calls, you consent to the recording.
3.2 Confidentiality: Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to members. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or distribution of these recordings is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: Membership fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
4.2 Payment Policy: Payments must be made in full at the time of subscription or as per the agreed installment plan.
